Jeramy has over 20 years of experience with various facets of retirement and apartment communities in both Oregon and Arizona. He has been the Executive Director of the Oasis at Mesa Palms Senior Living Community in Mesa, Arizona for the past 14 years.

In February 2017, due to health issues and the desire to enjoy retirement, Howard and Kathy Sahnow stepped back from an active role at The Elms and turned over management of The Elms Retirement Community to J&J Ventures, which is managed by Jon Sahnow and Jeramy Sahnow.
