Jon has been investing in real estate for over 25 years and nearly 30 years to over 30 years of management experience, sales, and marketing experience in the real estate industry.

In February 2017, due to health issues and the desire to enjoy retirement, Howard and Kathy Sahnow stepped back from an active role at The Elms and turned over management of The Elms Retirement Community to J&J Ventures, which is managed by Jon Sahnow and Jeramy Sahnow.
